Since 1979 the Coldwell Banker Uptown Realty family of realtors has been growing both by attracting highly qualified agents and extremely experienced management. Dan Gase, President brought 13 years executive leadership experience with First Federal Savings and Loan with him when he came to the company and from the beginning Dan has imbued the entire staff with a desire for excellence.

Uptown acquired the listings and properties of Searidge, Doug Wood Realties, respectively, garnering market share, respect and many happy clients. Co-owner Jerry Nichols had been highly successful in the airline industry for 36 years, when he and Dan purchased Uptown Realty on July 1, 1999. The growth has been steady and impressive ever since.
