Q: What are the MLS Listings?
A: MLS is the acronym for Multiple Listing Service. Port Angeles and Sequim offices have an agreement to share and disseminate listing information to agents who are members of our "Multiple."
Q: What is the difference between the "MLS
Listings" and the "Our Listings" sections?
A: The MLS listings are the listings that are put out on the market
for any agent, from any agency to view. "Our Listings," which are
exclusive to Uptown Realty, have been withheld from the MLS at the request of the sellers and are available to be shown by contacting an Uptown Realty agent.
